About the Event
The following is recommended:
Food: inversions and activity are best done on an empty stomach. please consider eating 2hrs in advance or waiting to eat after for the optimal experience.
Camera: please feel free to bring and take pictures during the event. We ask you to tag @skyfall_aerial_arts when you post to IG.
Clothing: leggings or joggers are recommended. Loose clothing easily gets caught in the silks during moves.
